What tool to use?
I've been driving with this valve not hooked to the intake for longer than I think I should have. I'm starting to notice the effects and I'm sure I'm losing horse power. I have a downey intake and the chrome tube I got only had two holes in it. I need to drill into the chrome tube to stick in the hose.
What tool should I use for this? I'm going to wear safety glasses but I don't know about tools that much and don't want to ruin the tube. In the first picture what I have my hand on is what I need to hook up. It's right next to the engine oil cap.

A quick, inexpensive fix for that would be to attach it to the other similar diameter hose with a nylon or brass "Y" adapter, which would allow you to tie it all together, or, you could get a mini K&N filter to stick on there.
