Whats the service interval on the tb? Mine was done at 89K and I now have 162K on it, so its done 73K miles.

The early years were 60k and then the interval bumped to 90k miles circa '98. Seems the materials in the belt changed and since the pre-'98s use the same belt they can go 90k now too. Keep an eye on the WP as the miles approach 90k.

belts stretch
fiberglass breaks, it doesnt stretch.

Given enough heat, fiberglass can stretch too. Belts stretch and break.
