Heh-heh. Well this guy is the WA TTORA Chapter President and he tends to be the one that is on the bleeding edge. He has a very high success rate - but I hear ya.
He is planning the install tomorrow night. Knowing him, there will be a full write up after the shakedown run.

Not to get off topic here, but...
Gene, I was told yesterday by Matt that Ron the prez of the WA. TTORA is putting on a on board hot water shower from Hot Water Camping Shower.
See if he will document that too, as I want to put on the same one.

Yup. Thats where the boots came from.
Corey, oh yeah! He's doing the shower thing. I'm sure he will do a write up - he usually does. He is planning on having it installed in time for the annual Naches Run - 8/24.
Here's a link to his web site.

I love his tag line, "It's a Jeep thing... I wouldn't understand."
Heh-heh. He's a reformed Jeeper.

Oh, and uh, is Naches gonna be accessable when they close #70 for the culvert replacement? Or are they gonna run it east-west?

Heh-heh.
They are still exploring the possibilites. Having never been there myself, I didn't understand some of the possibilities they mentioned, but I know there were words like "run it backwards" and such. Last weekend, we drove up to their favorite "enterance" and looked longingly down the trail.

I wrote to Rob and asked him to document the shower install, and also to see if he wanted to contribute it here.
So, you guy's were up at the entrance then to the Naches that takes you clear to the Eastern side?
That is a good trail I will admit for a rear locker. I made it through a few falls back with running boards on, but I was slipping over the big ass tree roots and ruts in places.
Had a good spotter, a guy in a new red TJ. He had me takes a few lines, and I got over the hard parts with him guiding me.
It was a nerve racking trail for me as in some places I had 1" of room it seemed for each of my mirrors.
The CB antenna was on the left front fender back then, and it was whipping to the point that it was laying down on it's side.
Here is a good write-up from Eric Johnson.
I am abut 100% sure this is the same trail that we were on too, though there are a few different parts to it.
I remember going over this bridge.
That was fun. You can't see a thing when going over it.
