He does have it mounted correctly...it's just that the mega warrior is MUCH wider than the load warrior rack.

I haven't noticed any play at all. Driven about 100 miles with it on now. Did you check all your little knob things that hold it down? And I'm def. in the market for some light mounts, so I'll let you know if I find anything.

Here is the design for the one I am currently working on. I am building it out of some 1" .049" wall 4130 Chro-Molly tubing I had lying around the garage. The outside dimensions of the basket are 41”x59”x5” plus the extension at the top to protect 8" lights.

So I got tired of the play in mine and started to take it off when I came to realize that my rubber screws were stripped. 4 out of the 8 I had to pretty much cut off because the rubber kept spinning around the metal screw. Beware of this. I thought it was a security feature but it wasn't. So off to Home Depot it went. It's off for now, but I plan on putting it back on in the morning. I got some butterfly screws. I'm gonna paint them black and put it all on. Ugh, pisses me off but hey, it WAS only 100 bucks.

If you want, you can imbed facebook images no problem. Just right click on the image while in fb and click "copy image location" or something of that sort depending on your browser and use the IMG code here and it should work no problem.

And to make this post OT, here is a LW on my old 98... I had two different light configs on it at different times.

dude, thats f'n sweet... I dunno bout the ladder, but it would be convenient in different situations. I can't decide if i like the Ranger or the Stealth better. Probably the Ranger cus of the integrated tire rack.
