Got my truck back today. Turned out the ECT fuse was blown. I'm pretty stoked that it wasn't something more expensive. Not sure my wallet could afford much else..

Good grief......I would be way more than PO'd if the dealer missed that!!!
There is a trouble tree in the FSM that the dealer should have been following which would have picked that up very quickly.

At least your truck is fixed and the financial pain should ease up a bit.

No kidding, I would think the fuse would be the first thing they'd check. I'm sure Ben isn't the first person to have this problem. You'd think as soon as the mechanic heard 'jumper cables' he would check the fuses.

The whole ordeal was indeed a bit odd. I'm thinking about hooking the old, supposedly blown ECU, back up to see if it really was blown or if it was just a fuse the whole time. This dealer has a pretty good rep and I've done quite a bit of business with them before so I took their word that it was fried..

On another note, does anyone know which fuse goes with the radio, power antenna and, clock and dome lights? I replaced the ACC fuse up under the drivers side fuse box but still no go. Is it one of the fuses in the engine bay?

Try the DOME fuse, it's in the engine bay fuse box.

That's the only one I could see common to all of those areas. I can send you a wiring diagram if you want. PM me an email address if you want a copy.
