There are a bunch of those annoying plastic clips that love to break. The front flares are held on by a few 10mm or 12mm bolts that screw into a metal piece that clips to the bumper. I would also pick up some epoxy (it will help keep the flares on if you have problems with the clips. If you want to see what it looks like without the flares, or where the holes are, I'm not too far from you.

I would like to remove my SR5 "Large Flares" off my 2000 but don't want a bunch of stupid holes in my fenders. It sounds like these flares have the same holes that the limited flares have. Correct?

I would guess that they do have the holes. If you wanted to get rid of them, I'm sure there's a way to do that (Bondo maybe?). You'd just have to get creative.

Yea I wanted to see the pictures but no show. I'm guessing that the holes are the same. Nothing a smaller flare would cover.
Oh yes, I did search. I searched here and a few other forums. Looked at a couple hundred threads.

Aluminum or metal tape over the holes then bed-liner over the top; or aluminum/metal tape over the holes, slight bit of body filler over top to smooth it off, then paint. 80 series cruiser guys have done this a lot here in the states...

There's also suggestions of some plastic caps (from a hardware store or other) that you could use to just plug the holes if you're not worried about looks.
FWIW, I pulled my LTD style flares off my '02 SR5 and bed-lined them and put them back on. I used spray on Duplicolor bed-liner i got from Checker--works great. Only part that sucks is I broke a ton of the plastic mounts and needed new flare pads (for in between the flare and the body). Getting all the replacement plastic pieces and the flare pads was near $200. :-/
