Need help IDing weird thumping right rear wheel?

Started noticing a strange thumping sound/vibration coming from the right rear wheel area. It seems to only occur on uneven bumps like a pothole and not a speed bump (where one wheel travels over it and the other wheel doesn't)....This bump also seems to be only noticeable when I have a passenger sitting in the right rear seat above the right rear wheel.....The vibration almost feels like when you don't shut your door all the way and you go over a bump and the door shudders....I believed at one time it might be that someone put my spare tire in wrong.....This proved true, but the bump was still there (although less prevalent) when I put the spare tire in correctly.

I've also had Les Schwab test my shocks and they are in good working condition......I have to admit I was hoping that they told me it was my shocks....I'd love a good excuse to get Bilsteins. I have also crawled underneath my truck and gave everything a good shake.....nothing obviously loose.....

I know this is vague and unless it has happened to you before, you maybe stabbing in the dark.....but tell me if you need more info and I'll try to provide it. I'll appreciate any good suggestions that help me track this down.....
