guys you can go back and forth from syn to dino. no problem. today's syns blend with dino far far better than when synthetic oil was really synethetic oil (pao group IV) now the deffinition (which the court up held in a case) can be group III oils which is only a step or two up from regular dino oils (group 1+ or group II and some with group II+).. M1 back in the 80 and early 90's were group IV also known as PAO. a more synthetic oil than group III (hydrocracked oil). most over the counter syns are group III and this is rumored to include M1 now. so now syns arent really syns for the full term meaning. its only a step up in refining than regular dino oils and yes you can mix them and make a BLEND like most companies do now anyway.. If a company specifically states to flush the motor before switching then do so but any over the counter syn can be used back and forth between dinos.
