Major repairs - what have you had to replace?
I was just talking to a customer who is refinacing their truck to pay for repairs. $6,500 in repairs actually. It's a Ford PSD. According to the invoice, they had to replace the turbo, exhaust mainfold, MAF, and quite a few other things. This truck only has 75,000 miles on it. I got to thinking about how my 4Runner has 150,000 miles and has only had a few things fail.
So, what have you had to replace? These are items that have broken or failed.
So far, here's what I had to replace:
Starter
Spark Plug wires (Borg/Warner wires split after only 3,000 miles)
T-Case front output shaft seal
Swaybar end links
Power steering pump rebuilt
Axle seals
Those are the only things that have broken that I have had to replace. The list gets longer if I include regular maintenace items.
Post up!

For mine it has been nothing but regular maintenance stuff
EDIT: Ok I forgot I warped a set of rotors towing a boat, an O2 sensor and the AZ sun killed a battery on me.

Clutch. HG and rear coils/bumps (under campaign). Oh and warped rotors.
Now my starter is "starting" to show signs of taking a crap.

nothing that I would consider major.
110k miles on my rig, replaced the starter, rotors (a few times), battery, timing belt. Everything else is maintenance type stuff... though you could argue that those things are also maintenance issues.

Left front rotor, left rear wheel seal, right front locking hub, 2 solenoids in tranny, radiator, speedo cable, windshield washer tank (only because retard oil change person at walmart filled it with WATER in the middle of winter. BTW, NEVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT WALMART!!!! ) What needs to be fixed: PS pump leak, rear main seal leak.

maintanance like:
shocks (bushings wore out)
rotors (too warped for me)
Abuse:
rediff seal (probably my own fault for hitting it off road)
back bumper (idiot hit me)
repairs:
throttle body sensor
Starter maybe be acting up or the truck is just spending too much time in the sun and short drives these days
