Check out the lc engineering web site. When using forged pistons in a late block one of the unused bolt holes below th oil filter is drilled and tapped to a 12 x 1.25 size for the sensor to compensate for the forged piston extra knocking. Any unused smaller size bolt holes could be drilled and tapped to mount the knock sensor. With cast pistons keep the hole in the mid section of the cylinders, with froged pistons keep it lower.
