KC lights, and storms in my area
Well i have been without power or heat for 3 days, just got it back today, we got a ton of snow and rain all at once with 45-60mph winds that we never see, we had alot of trees fall over on power lines, take out alot of cars and house roofs, anyway i got my KC lights on the day before the storm came in and took some pics of them thought i would let u guys see they really helped in the storm cuz all the lights were out and nobody was on the roads. it was kind of a cool experience and the lights made a huge difference.
u can see all the stuff on the ground the storms caused, that was right before it really started coming down and flooding things

But yes, any auxillary driving light is great. In the summer I put 100W bulbs in my IPF968's and in winter I put in the yellow 55W.

I just got a set of KC's (100w), I run three of them. I have tried lots of lights, PIAA's, Hella's, Bosch's, and Lightforce and I think dollar for dollar the KC's are the best value. If you want to put alot of light a long ways down the road they are great. Great for high speed driving, and fairly compact. Replacement is cheap and readily available and theft is not a huge factor with these "retro" looking lights. Other than having a big "bling" factor they are what they have been since the 70's... great lights.

I just pic up a pair of 55w h3'S from local stores..Either GE, or Sylvania. They seem to go more often than the headlights for me as well. At least one of mine goes each year when the temps are the lowest.
