If it doesn't fit correctly and someone (or their insurance) paid to have it fixed call the insurance company and have them handle it or take it back to the shop and have them make it fit correctly...

I have run into similar situations and usually the insurance company will make sure you are happy with the repair as it sounds like they need to make some adjustments

Dry ice works great at removing dents. See an article on this dry ice[/URL] website. You basically use a put on the dry ice. Pretty easy, you should be able to do it for a couple bucks. here is a good utube vid.
