front driver side wheel well

front driver side wheel well
i washed my truck and noticed that the drivers side front wheel well has no plastic covering the front part (close to the headlight). I looked on the other side and there is plastic, but it may be attached to the air box (not sure)... Am i missing a piece of plastic or am I just noticing this... if I am missing, how much to replace?? its an 01 taco v6 4x trd.
