Coilover ID?
I just bought a new to me 1996 Tacoma that has a 3" lift on it as a DD to get me through college. One of the front coilovers is blown out and I'm trying to find some information about it.
A local Toyota specialist thinks that the front coilovers are a Downey setup and the rear leaves are Alcans. The coilovers aren't marked anywhere that I can tell, but are rebuild-able AFAIK.
I have searched without result and looked at pictures of all the coilovers for sale and can't find anything similar.
Can anyone confirm whether or not this is a Downey setup? Any information on a rebuild?
Obligatory pics:
Blown coilover (yeah, I'm gonna replace the ball joints):
Thanks,
Jacob

clean it off and you might find a logo, might be an old fox shock.

Wow, thanks dude!
I'll pressure wash them off later. IMO they don't look anything like the Bilsteins that I've found pictures of. The resemblance to the Fox coilover is looking pretty good.
