Code Help!

I have a '93 4runner that is kicking out 3 codes, can't find anything in the famed haynes crapanual, they are 14 (no ignition reference signal), 24 (air temp sensor ckt open or shorted) 41 Throttle position sensor or circuit. the codes 24 and 41 i assume are sensor issues that need to be replaced. The code 14 (no ignition reference signal) is the one that i can't find any information on. I used my snap on scanner to get the codes, but i only have the asian primary cartridge, don't have the trouble shooter cartridge. My symptoms are; squat for power when it is cold, somewhat rough idle (cleaned throttle body, helped a little) and horrible mileage, even when it is warmed up, it doesn't have the power it should. I am a caterpillar tech (god i love working on trucks, half dozen or so sensors and a laptop to figure everything out), but i am definately not a toyota tech, I don't want to just replace parts until its fixed, i want to replace the correct parts. I did a sweep test on the tps and it maxed out at 68% (key on engine off). Should this be 100% whether the engine is running or not? Also could someone direct me to the thread on setting the tps once its replaced? any help would be great, thankyou.

This is more than likely caused by the signal generator pickup in the distributor. Unfortunately if it is that(which it was in mine) Toyota does not sell this part only and no one else had it either. You may be looking at replacing the whole distributor. At least that was my experience with it. Look up signal generator and you should find some stuf on it.
