85 22RE Missin on #2&4 HELP- Gttn Sprk

I was cleaning things up and when i put it all back together it was running very uneven but when it warmed up it seemed to run good. Next morning
I started it up and it ran very bad.
i have chased it down and see that even when I unplug a wire to #2 or#4
it doesn't effect the RPMs.
Now, I have ran the self Diag test and get the Code 6(Rpm system-injector, ignitor assembly, Ignitor ECU). Now since it seems that the #2 and #4 are on the same circuit and are both not working.
I have taken out the EFI Solenoid Resistor to test it's Ohms. Both sides read 3.2. The book states for them to read 2 to 3 Ohms. Is 3.2 to high or what?
