400 000 KM tonight

well everybody, i;ve been waiting for this day since i bought my truck almost 2 years ago when i was at 350 000 km i think, well i finally did it, 400 000 km on a stock 22RE with only K&N and MSD 8.5 mm plug wires and i even got pics to prove it i just have to resize them, if anybody can do this for me or tell me how i will post,
all that hase been done to my engine is the cam chain once at about 200000 and i just checked it about 10000 ago and it was still brand new, my valve lash was adjusted once and i replaced my front main seal,
she burns about a liter of oil every oil change so every 3000km so thats pretty good, too excited tonight

I had just short of 500,000 km on my 89 3.0l when I sold it! (It's 225,000 X 2.2 km/mile right?). It was strong as ever.

No, 1.6 km/mile is the correct conversion, 225,000 miles = 360,000 km. 2.2 is kg to pounds

I was in Washington for a couple of days last year and I get into a taxi and its rattling and sounding like its on its last wind, but It was a decent mid 90s Chevy (boat) what are those big long boat-like, grand marquis equivalents. Anyways... He tells us that we're his last customers before the taxi gets chopped up and dropped off, and as we're screaching and rattling and barrelling down the street I glance over at the odometer and its at 990k miles.

He said it was only on its second engine, but he just knew how to maintain it and he said, just change the oil religiously.

990k miles= 1584k km....

I just bought my 99 SR5 with 114,000 miles (182,400 km) and it actually FEELS like a brand new truck to me. I have bought new cars before that felt older than this thing does. Amazing!

LOL yes we have some busy streets in Williams lake, 2 of them are highways that are filled with skidoos and dog sleds, lol, you have to dodge the igloos if you get lost. But i was just turning into my dads shop on the other side of the road and i was kinda in he middle of the road when i looked down and realized i had to stop, lol

Ya my truck feels like its close to new too, there is almost no play in the steering and it doesn't wander at all. starts perfect everytime, even when it was -38C and i don;t even have a block heater, pretty impressive i think when my moms 2002 4runner wouldn;t even start with a block heater
