I think you might need a new clutch master cylinder. I had that identical problem in my old 94. There are seals in there and sounds like one may have gave on you.

I checked the clutch master cylinder and it's totally empty now. The pedal is stuck on the floor.

I ordered a new master cylinder and slave, I'm not sure where the leak is but I figured I'd replace both.

Any tips on replacing them, it's pretty much just unbolt both, rebolt the new ones on and then bleed the system? Do I need to bench bleed the master first?

I would bench bleed it first. But yeah just unbolt and bolt in the new ones. If you are doing this by yourself. I have had luck gravity bleeding them after it is installed. Just make sure you keep fluid in the master.
