Bypass and don't look back. Lpsv Probly dosent even work properly. They were junk 30 years ago. With larger than 33s and drums still in the rear there's really no need for any valve back there. I've deleted many systems , never had a problem with rears under or over powered without aftermarket valve either. I show a very simple way in my build to bypass.

Adding a lift kit would require rod adjustment which nobody does , most techs didn't know how to properly adjust or bleed them when doing brake service work . Most are blown out & out of adjustment or leaking which cause spongy pedal & not enough pressure to rear brakes. Most people who delete it get better feeling pedal & better braking performance without any aftermarket adjustable valve. Been deleting them for years with no issues in performance .

^ I ran that setup for a few years on my 87. Only time I ever noticed the back end locking up way to easily was going down hill in the snow. So I just used a longer zip tie in the winter.....

Went wheelin over the weekend with my bro, had a blast and the fall colors were awesome! The new springs are a lot stiffer than my old ones...which is nice for a change but i think i may pull a leaf out. other than that, truck did great

Amazing pics, just beautiful. It's great that you and your brother can get out and enjoy that.

thanks for the lead on that maplight cory, i called the local toyota yard and they have them in stock for 20$ so that'l save me the cost of shipping, i might have to go grab one

so I was hoping to get some pics posted, but the truck isn't at my house so i haven't been able to get any. I did indeed buy a turbo 4runner. its in pretty good shape but needs a few odds and ends. Not completely sure what my plan for it is just yet...more to come later
