WTT 89 crx dx or 87 subaru 4wd hatch for 86-94 4wd toyota p/u

i have a rust free 89 crx auto dx that i am looking to trade for a decent running (only little rust please) 86-94 4wd toyota truck (22re only) i am in Walden NY, but i`m willing to travel, probly can even deliver the crx if the deal is good. the crx runs great, shifts smooth. has working cold a/c as well.

i also have an 87 subaru hi/lo 4 speed mt 4wd hatch that i am willing to trade. lift kits are available for this car. there is no rust anywhere on it. it runs great, and has working cruise and a/c, but 2nd gear is gone. a replacement tranny and new clutch are included. it has new tires mounted on mag wheels.
i just really need a decent truck, i started working as a contractor with my uncle, and all i have are these cars, and a subaru brat, which is way too small, but i love that truck too much to let it go.
pics of both cars:

Dave, thanks for the offer, but i really would rather not get into a project like that.

lookmomnobrains:
here are a few more pix, i`m thinking around $1500 for it as it is about as clean as it gets for an original car of that year, some of the pics are of the bottom of the car to show how clean it is. i can answer any other questions about it:

before the alloys:

this isn`t mine, but it could look like this if lifted:

oh, it'll do around 30mpg give or take. its a 4 speed with hi-low 4wd, low range is real strong in these.
