1997 SAS'd Tacoma ***SOLD**

***SOLD***
This is my 1997 SAS'd Tacoma Xtra cab 2.7 5spd with 120K miles on it.
Excellent gas mileage (~22-25 MPG average)

Its got about 1200 miles on it since the axle swap.

All service up to date, one owner prior to me, no leaks.
As some of you may know, I recently bought this Tacoma, however, its a bit extreme for the things i'd be using it for...Keep in mind, its never been taken offroading (however - all flex angles have been tuned perfectly), engine bay and under-carriage is completely clean. Another issue i've run into here is the Lift laws, im a few inches over the limit, so that just adds to everything. Unfortunately im going to have to let it go, even though I love this thing. ...

May also be selling the 4runner in the pictures below (it has 133k on it).

37" MT'Rs (fullsize spare and custom carrier)
Danna 44 Waggy front axle
Bilstien 5125s all around (14" travel)
Rancho 44044 front leafs
63" Chevy 2500 3/4 ton truck and a Pro Comp add a leaf rear leafs
Daystar greasable lift shackles
Warn 4340 inner and outer axle shafts
Randy's R&P Yukon Performance super 44 U-Joints
Knuckles have been rotated
5.29 gears
Warn gold premium hubs
Lock-Rite No Slip locker in the Rear
Detroit locker Front
Custom Sliders
Full underbody 1/4" steel skid plates.
Spare set of OEM Dana 44 axle shaft assembly's.
Custom front and rear bumpers
Warn XD9000i winch
Shaved bed
Rhino-lined bed
Steel Brake lines

01-04 Tacoma tail-lights
Sony GT400 audio system (4 days old)

Tacoma next to my lifted 4runner on 33's...just to give you an idea of its size.

Custom tire carrier..

I'ver got a third gen I am trying to sell and would be possibly interested in your truck. The thread is here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f180/2000-4runner-limited-78006/
Let me know what you are looking to get out of your truck, maybe we could work something out.

Take the KBB value of your truck w/ the stock accessories that came on it. Then add up all the mods you did to it. Take $2500 off the sticker for it no longer being stock and then add $0.10 per dollar of the mods you've spent on it and that is a good estimate of what you'll get for it unless you find a 4x4 enthusiast looking to pay too much for a modded vehicle. Selling a modded vehicle is always a losing battle, especially one that you have put that much effort into.

Good luck.

Well I MAY be, but for now, the tacoma is going to have to be the first to go...Thats my ultimate toy, the 4runner is my DD. So as always, toys gotta go first.

However, I may be selling the 4runner too, depending on how much I can get for it. I still would like to stick with 3rd gen 4runners though, just dont know how much wheeling im going to be able to do in the near future, so it may be best for me just go with with a nice stock 3rd gen again.

Let me know if any of you are interested, or even in a trade.

Thanks!

why not just sell everything you have on the runner and turn it back to stock?

Ive got a set of f/r coils from a 96. That would seem easier to do than to sell your 4runner and buy another one.

Your very right. I concidered that. But I ruled out that if i were going to go with another stock 3rd gen, i would want it to be a limited, with lower miles...It would be something i'd keep for a long time, and not offoad. However, if im going to stay in the offroad scene, i may just re-gear my 4runner now to get better gas mileage and add Air lockers. There are many things up in the air right now, so we'll just see what comes along.

What kind of mileage do you have on the 4Runner?
