Do I need wheel spacers to make these rims work?

I have a 1981 truck and just got some stock alloys of a 1990 runner the rims rub on the front balljoint does anyone know what thickness spacers I need to make them fit right?

IFS wheels are typically 4-3/4" backspacing:

solid axle wheels around 3-3/8":

Typically you'll need between 1" and 1.5" spacers to fit those wheels.
