16x8 (4.5" BS) Tundra steelies and 285/75/16s on a 1991 Pickup?

I just got a line a cheap set of 16x8 steel wheels off of an older Tundra-the question is will they fit my truck? The only thing I'm worried about is the 4.5" backspacing and the bore diameter for the hubs. Fender clearance I don't care about because I'm either going to pound and trim or do BJ spacers up front and a shackle/ZUK in the rear anyway. From what I've seen 4.5" BS is kind of a lot-most guys seem to be running 4.0" or 3.75", but the 285/75/16s should be a hair less than 11.5" wide on an 8" wheel, so it's not like trying to stuff a 33x12.5 in there. I'm not against grinding the control arms either. Any ideas?

For anyone interested in running these wheels, there are a few caveats to be aware of, at least on '86-'95 IFS trucks. See this post in my build up thread.
