06 4Runner currently 275/60 R 20 and need a change. Any suggestions?

If it was smooth once, you should be able to smooth the ride out again. Take your truck somewhere else before you dump a bunch of cash on new wheels and tires.
If you must get new wheels/tires, check out WheelersOffroad.com. They sell black steel wheels and also powdercoated black alluminum wheels. If you are a highway only driver, stick a set of Michelin LTX M/S2's on and be done for 70k miles. Best highway tires you can buy.
