On my swap i only had to mess with two plugs from the 3.4 side, E5 and IK2. To me yours are the E12 and II3 are the only ones you need to deal with. The other ones should plug into the computer and be left alone. Where is your pin out chart for the E12 plug? How many plugs do you have off the computer?

I have 4 plugs coming off my computer: E9 E10 E11 E12. My cornfusion lies with II1 and II2. II2 looks like it is all transfer case related from the 97 t-case. I am getting rid of that so I am not sure I will need to deal with those. II1 looks like it is some transmission stuff. I am mapping E12 right now. Just had some shtuff to deal with. I will get it up today. I really appreciate everyone's help.

Just leave II1 and II2 alright alone probably for now. Concentrate on E12 and II3, as well as IH2 and IH1that is all you should worry about

1 R-Y park/neutral position switch (RL)
2 V-R park/neutral position switch (2L)
3 LG park/neutral position switch (LL)
4 Y to A/T oil temp
5 L-B from A/C amplifier
6 L-O from OD2 to junction connector
7 B-Y OD1
10 G-R PWR to J6 junction connector
12 G-O from speedometer/ comb. Meter
17 R-G to T-case detection
18 W to data link connector 3
20 L-Y from A/C amplifier
22 W-L VSV's/O2 sensor #1 and #2/idle air control valve
25 G-W stoplight switch
26 G-W ADD indicator switch

26 should be G-B, not G-W
