Quick question about plugs for ECU

I will eventually figure these things out, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the two plugs from the donor dash harness control? My biggest question is, do I need these two plugs for my swap?

Donor is a 2001 Tundra AUTO 2wd
Recipient is a 1994 4runner Manual 4wd

Engine harness is AUTO and ECU is M/T 4x4. Does anyone see any foreseeable problems with this setup? I have done my research and I feel like this combo should work with small hiccups.

I am in the process of repining harness and fabbing my crossover.

Here is a video of the ECU and plugs. The first two plugs are the plugs in question(from dash harness I pulled), the second two are from the Engine harness.

you need all plugs on the computer. and the last plug should go to a main plug. that I believe is IK1? you will de-pin that and pin them into your two body plugs. IH1 and IH2 for 4runners and c1 and c2 for trucks. That has power, gauges, etc that you will need to have..
