Question O2 sensor studs. Replace-able or not?

I have a 94 22re. I'm getting a CEL code for an O2 sensor. Problem is the nuts are all rusty and crusty and I'm afraid they'll snap when I try to undo them. Are these replaceable in anyway or once they break off the flange am I screwed?

If they can be replaced with just a nut and bolt set-up I'd like to know cause then I'll just wiz wheel them off and not even worry about salvageing them.

not sure how your is, but i have an o2 on my truck on the maifold... well its bolted into the maifold.... it doesnt go all the way through though so the nut and bolt idea wont work... hit it up with pb blaster several days before tryign to remove it... and get a small torch, that will help as well

as jim said if its on your manifold blast it for a few days and put some heat on it, but if its underneath on the exhaust no problem, if you break the studs you can get a exhaust shop to weld you a new o2 mount on for a few bucks.....gl

here is what I'm dealing with:

I have access to a welder and a plasma cutter. I just want to know what I'm getting into because if it's gonna be a PITA then I'll leave it be.
