We bled my friends brakes and let the MC go dry. Do we have to bench bleed the MC or can we just pump a lot of fluid through the system and expel the air that way?

We did it the latter way and the brakes seem to be fine so far. This is a 1984 toyota truck.

I think you'll be fine as long as you bled it a lot to get all the air out. I read about that in my FSM when I did my rear discs etc. If you need some FSM info on it, let me know.

Thanks Brian, I guess we'll just have to see how it is. We had to drive it about 40-50 miles last night and it seemed fine.
