How to measure front driveline length after SAS?
I know I have to measure from flange to flange, but how to get an accurate measurement before the springs settle?
I've got a 2nd gen 4runner with TG 3" lift, high pinion diff, the lighter 22RE motor, tube bumper and winch.
What's the best way to get an accurate measurement?
I asked this question on TG and got a good suggestion (I'll share later) but I wanted to solicit a second opinion.
Thanks!
P.S. Anyone else have a 3" TG lift and did you measure how much it settled?

thanks
Yes, planning on ordering a long-spline balanced CV shaft from Davez' since I do a fair amount of desert running at high speed.
So, measure flange-to-flange before the leafs settle and subtract 2" when ordering? That's also what Fireball said when I asked on the TG forum.
Thanks for the advice, Wabbit.
