My brain can only handle this once a year Also we are mainly trying to avoid conflict with other major events. As far as the weather don't forget where we live, it was cloudy drizzly and cold in July this year too. We will be doing smaller events all year (North end ones too) too so be sure to check on our forum often to make sure you don't miss them. We'll see what we can do about the date next year but expect it to be late august at best.

Late august is still better than October.

Maybe I should write up a review lol

Also, Mike, have you guys kicked around the idea of a Potluck style setup? Imagine 150 different types of food laid out on a few tables....instead of a pickle slice and some white bread lol

This is an official event so we can't do that. Everything needs to be prepared by people with food handlers permits and must follow very specific guidelines. We are a real non profit company so there are all these rules we have to follow but I'm all for a random potluck somewhere!

Well that sucks

What if we bring out OWN food and have our OWN potluck.....cause us 4x4 guys are sorta cool like that. We don't mind getting the back of our rigs a little dirty cause we donw't have grocery getter pavement pounder Tundras

It takes all types to make a well rounded show or else it would be just another wheeling trip. You know that What you do in your trucks is up to you but don't forget the nice lady who spent 2 days cooking pulled pork for you.
