Thoughts on this 96 Taco, worth it?

Before you look at the pics, consider this. It's a 3.4, 188k, manual, 4x4, and they're asking 4,000.

With that being said, here's their description:

GREAT LITTLE 4X4 TRUCK, 5 SPEED, V6, XTRA CAB, NO RUST ON FRAME OR UNDERCARRIAGE / CHASSIS--- SMOOTH RUNNING ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN, STRONG WORK TRUCK HAS MISC DINGS AND SMALL DENTS AND BED HAS RUST HOLES IN A COUPLE PLACES AS STATED ITS A WORK TRUCK PLEASE LOOK AT PICS BODY IS ROUGH MECHANICALLY ITS VERY GOOD , LIKE AN OLD WASHED UP SAILOR. WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, THANKS FOR LOOKING!

My ideal Tacoma, barring affordability; is 6 cylinder, black, manual, 5 speed, ext cab, 4x4, less than 190k. If I can be picky, 2001+. This will be a dd, with at least once a month towing a 3000 pound enclosed trailer.

Here's how I see it: $1000 black paint job (that's by verifying the painters work first) Set of FJ wheels ~600, ~300 cleaning the undercarriage, ~300 tune up, $100 tailgate. 6200. I have MAX 7000 to spend.

Thoughts?
