Michigan Toyos
What? No thread from fellow Michiganders? No fans of Silver Lake Dunes? C'mon... it's my first time on this site so maybe I'm looking in the wrong places, or maybe it just takes a lady to get the ball rolling?

Welcome!
heck yes, we go wheelin'! Silver Lake Sand Dunes, half way up the west coast of Michigan.. there is a state park for camping and the dunes are really the only place I am aware of... tho I am a rookie... I don't know about mudding spots.... google Silver Lake State park and/or Sand dunes

ok, so even if its bad form, I don't know how else to write back... I grew up just around the corner from WMU. If your truck likes to play in the sand, then Silver Lake is the place to be. Not much rock climbing in these parts tho...

Hey Hey! I been on here a while, but never searched for fellow michigan Yota fans. I'm over on the east side of the state by Pontiac.
Mostly do wheeling on private property and up at the Mounds in Mt. Morris Michingan it's a private owned offroad park. It's a pretty kewl place especialy if ya like the Mud. Havn't gone off in a while. just painted my baby and not sure if I want to trash it yet. searching for another runner or truck for that now.
There are tons of places to go up north East and west side of the state.
Peace out Y'all
Rick

I've heard of good mudding over towards Muskegon, but haven't researched it yet..
any of you guys care to help a lady do an engine swap? I just got shafted by Quaker State and am on my own to fix/rebuild/replace a rod-knock... figures it would be on the truck that has the loan, too... so what do ya say, feeling chivalrous? I'm kinda at my wits end... I'll even let you do a 3.4 conversion if you like...

wish i could help... hopefully someone can...
btw, found a really cool maze of trails (mud) (light wheeling, no real elevation change)
north of Muskegon, that kept me busy for about 2 hours till I was bored, could prob do it 2wd through 90% of it, and fairly stock
