Fast blinker on ARB
I recently put my ARB bull bar on my 4th gen (05) runner. My blinker is real fast, like it is when one bulb is burnt out. I thought it was because the polarity on the new bumper blinker had to reversed but that didn't do anything. The left and right blinkers are both fast (hyper if you will), but the Hazard blinkers work fine front to back at normal speed.
Anyone have any advice? Could the blinker relays be blown (not sure if they help control blinker speed) as I thought it was just a function of one light gounding out across the other filament when not lit that causes the blinker effect.

Your system should pretty much be the same as mine since we share the same chassis.
My blinkers in the ARB bumper flash as normal when I had the stock bumper.
If you can not trace it down, try contacting ARB on Monday.
Ask for Chris in the tech room.

I can ask them too, I may be stopping off there tomorrow on my way home from work.

My lights used to flash real fast when I had a trailer hooked up. I replaced the flasher with an HD unit I ordered from napa, its worked good ever since, towing or not. The hazards are on another flasher.

I had this problem when i put my turn signals in my running light, I had to run a larger wattage bulb for it to stop, which i am using some philips lawn bulbs i got at lowes. I would try messing with the turn bulbs first before you digg too deep into anything.
