So tonight I pulled in my driveway and noticed the tail lights were on, on my toyota (my dodge ram is my DD until i can get the yota running good and registered.) So I opened the door and turn the light switch over till the headlights came on, turned them off and the parking lights were still on. Thought maybe it could've been doing something weird because the battery was low, put it on the charger, nothing changed. I'm going to leave it on charge overnight and see if that helps. It has been in the low high-teens to low 20's weather wise...what could be the problem?
