Im hoping ive just been having some poor luck but here in Victoria BC Im unable to find the simple engine parts i need to get my rig back together and its frusterating me!! has anyone out there got a reliable source for jdm parts like gaskets, and other engine parts particularily??

conversely, does anyone know if the 2lte diesel is exactly the same block at the 2lt offered briefly in North America in the late 80s? ie could i order say a head to intake manifold gasket from Toyotapartsdirect.ca for an 86 2l and expect itll work for my 91 2lte surf?

any help with this would be really appreciated, been trying on and off to get these parts ordered for this truck but only have found roadblocks thus far. placed an order request with our "local jdm specialist" but have got nothing but excuses for almost 6 months now so either my order isnt worth their time or they are just incompetent. help!
