Interesting Resistance Readings on Plug Wires
Was testing the resistance on my NGK wires and found the results interesting.
5 - 9.1 6 - 3.3
3 - 8.2 4 - 3.1
1 - 7.1 2 - 2.9
Coil - 2.9.
Word to the wise, my contacts on the coil cable were so bad I didn't even get a reading at first, looks like the dielectric grease hardened. Hopefully this solves my idle issue and my gas mileage too!
I actually expected them all to come in around 8, but then i was like dur, those left bank is much longer cord.

Note that if your plug wires have carbon cores, they will wear out and need replacement periodically.
If they have actual wire cores, they will last much longer.

The box, but I forget which is which ... I think if it says RF suppression, they are metal, and should have a shielding wrap around the core. If they are carbon, they likely won't have that shielding wrap.
