92 single cab, 22re, 5speed, 4x4.
Dad paid $300 for it summer of '10. The body had one rust hole in the bed, and the passenger, front leaf mount busted through the frame.
He gave it to me as part my 18th birthday present!
Best present i ever got!

1990 4runner bought from a teenage kid in 2008 He offered it to me for $1500.00 It was stock all around but one of the track bars in the back had been broken. When I struck the deal with the guy I immediately went and sold my nissan pickup for 2000.00 and had my buddy take me to the guys house. His dad tried to tell me it was not for sale at 1500.00 that it was too low but I could have it for 2500.00, I told him to shove it that his kid had struck a deal for 1500 and my old vehicle was already sold and I was vehicleless now. He came around and it was a steal at 1500.00. It was worth every penny at 2500.00 but I got it for 1500.00

my second 1990 4runner my wife bought as my wedding gift (dream truck-best gift ever) it already had the SAS done and and SBC swap done as well. She paid 3500.00 because the gauges had stopped working right before we went to look at it and the guy found out it was to be a wedding gift. He knocked off 500.00. It was money well spent.

Last fall bought '93 for $500 for winter beater. Main leaf on drivers side was broke at time. Has some dents and rust. But great winterbeat.

SAS'n it will most likely be easier than a body swap. I have read that the 2wd stuff is a cake walk to SAS

I bought my '89 Pickup 22RE 4X4 5spd 190,000 miles from a very shady Indian guy in downtown Nashville for $1700. Wasnt until we got to the house that i realized that he signed someone elses name on the title. First thing next morning i got that thing tagged in my name.

Yep 2wheels are actually nicer to SAS because of the arch in the frame up front. Gives ou more room for the axle and suspension. Id keep the frame under it and go SAS

1650 for my 1984 Blue Ox

Picked up a very sweet 84 four by, shortbox with almost no rust, less than 189500 when I bought her. Engine runs great, heater works, crack free windshield, both high and low four wheel drive works, five speed, stock suspension, stock wheels, good interior. This is looking more and more like a very sweet buy I made.
