Ok so I have a 96 t100 and A while ago in Gorman (see my profile pic) I got mud freaking everywhere. And clogged up the evaporator port. Now I stuck a screw driver in there and got the opening cleared out (when i did it a ton of water squirted out) but I still am not getting the evaporation I need to prevent bottom vents from filling up with water.

Has anyone taken apart this system? I am very nervous about pulling apart the dash and interior as I am not very gentle and will most likely rip off a bunch of plastic tabs.

So has anyone done this before? what should I expect when I get in there? (of course mud)
