timing sprocket

i had a blown head gasket. so i removed everything to get to the gasket. somehow i moved the camshaft. the timming sproket gave trouble putting it on. i moved the sproket to fit on the camshaft.once i got allback together and wont start. anyone here can help me on this on. oh the float bowl doesent have gas sitting half way like i should. please help this is my only ride. thanks

You probably moved it out of time by one tooth, it should still start but probably run a little ruff, once you get it running recheck the fuel level in the float bowl and see were its at.

You should be able to tell if it moved. The sprockets on the cam and crank have marks and only fit on one way. Did you move it a tooth or two???
