parts intechange?
does anyone know what other cars might have the same VSV and thermo switch as my 87 4runner 22rte? i know that the i can get alot of parts off of a 22re but some sensor seem to be turbo model specific.

If you mean the BVSV it just looks like a switch to me... I don't see how any two port switch wouldn't work...

If anything you can call the dealer and get the part #... Then ask him if it crosses over to another 22R engine... He should be able to search for just the P#... And tell you what comes up.

you got a part #? Got a pic? I didn't see VSV on the diagram, and was thinking of something else anyway... And didn't see the 2 VSV's until later...
