what up yotatech!!! been a while since i last posted... my pickup is doing great! ive got roughly 100 trail miles on her and shes impressed the hell out of me.... I could use a lil more flex in the rear, but overall a pretty capable truck. since I last posted, I had those 35" km2's installed and also found a trail gear rear bumper for $100 on craigslist.

I love my 85 pickup so much, that I decided to buy her biological twin.... thats right, I just pickd up an 85 sr5 4runner... truck is in pretty decent shape with a few dents here and there, but the interior is in absolutle great shape. 4runner has 165 thousand original miles. came with lots of goodies already installed such as 5.29 gears with detriots front and rear, front and rear trail gear bumpers with a m8000 on front, rock sliders, high steer, 35 inch goodyears, nice spare, full set of chains for 35's, has marlin crawler box and did I mention the interior is super clean.. nice grey sr5 seats, power windows and a functional inclinometer... im stoked! I will get some pics posted up tomorrow for sure! a couple of black 85's are sure horribile to look at in the driveway.... lol.. ok, I will quit braggin....

May I ask how and what you used to clean your gas tank when you did it? I recently did an engine swap on my 95 pickup and my mechanic said the tank was pretty nasty with rust and even had to put a new pump from sitting for 5 years. I am now having fuel pressure(hesitation) issues along with my fuel gauge not working properly. I'm thinking I need to drop the tank and clean the crap out of the tank and of the fuel pump strainer. I have already put 2 fuel filters in 700 miles.
