Are hub Covers available?

My hubs covers are pretty worn out/rusting/holey. '93 pickup. They're not part of the actual hub, so I was wondering if they can be replaced? Unfortunately, there isn't a 'U pick' parts place near where I live - you have to order everything. I'm not sure they guy at the place would even know what I'm talking about!
So, is it 'new covers' from somewhere, or new hubs?? Thanks!

That's a center cap with a hole cut in it

Better known as a water holder rust from the inside out cap

Just take em off and leave em off.
They eventually rust to your hub and it takes a bit of hammer work to get em off.

Thanks, Peow, will do. Wasn't sure if they had a function other than looks. They're outta here.
