Hey guys...been having an issue for a couple months with my 4runner. It will hesitate at 30mph...almost like the engine is kicking off and on. At first I thought the trans was slipping but, there was no RPM changes or any type of flaring and it only does it at 30mph. It just kinda cuts in and out a couple times before it hits 40mph and back to normal. If I hold it steady it will continue doing it....It hesitates harder when going up a hill but, only at 30 miles per hour. Used to do it at 40mph on the old 4.30 gears

Here are the specs
1988 4runner 22re
Automatic
31" BFG MT
5.29 gears

Recent tuneup..no water in oil or vice versa
Fluids are to spec.
Passed smog with no issues and all vaccums are properly routed.
