Altitude adjustment

Let me pretense this by saying that I have searched about this both within Yotatech and on the Internet and have come up with muddled results at best.

I bought an 87 22r pickup in Pagosa Springs, Colorado from a retired Toyota mechanic from Durango.

The elevation in Pagosa is 7100 and the elevation where I'm at now is 3900. The truck sounds like it's running fine.

I have read the bluebass 22r FAQ and Have a rough idea of how to adjust these things although I'm not sure whether it's necessary.

Do I need to adjust anything? Are there any long term problems associated with leaving it be?

you can get away with more timing at higher altitude with less effective compression
