hey Shaney - did you get an answer?
I'm sorta in the same boat, noticed my volts gauge creeping on 18 (!) volts, dipping under it with the lights/stereo on in the evening...
voltage regulator going out perhaps? im not sure if yotas have internal or external (or if it vary's by year...), my old pontiac had in internal in the alternator that failed...

I am having the same problem and I believe its the voltage regulator for mine but you said you replaced yours. There is always the slight possibility that you bought a bad part. Hmm...
