96 power antenna issues

I have a 1996 toyota tacoma 4x4 truck an d my antenna broke off where it unscrews due to going through a carwash. What can I do without having to replace the entire antenna? I s there a way to take it off from the right front quarter panel?

does anyone know of a site I can go to to see how to remove or fix?

here's a video I did on it... Not sure how well I explained everything, but let's start by asking.... POWER ANTENNA? Then, while I know Zach is a chill dude....
