bigger tyres, lift, chop guards, change your gearing (some others may be able to give you more specific advice, im going through this process at the moment)
UHF radio
rock sliders
steel front winch bar (any brand really, depends what you like)
steel rear bar and mount your spare up there
exhaust
bash plates for front and transfer case
I guess it all depends how serious you want to go and how much you want to spend.
put some pics up when you get it

not a specific part, but when your 3vze blows a gasket, fix it right. that means new head bolts, and do something about the exhaust crossover. the way it dumps into the driver side manifold causes problems. or do a motor swap. Also the automatic doesnt do the best job for serious offroading. search around, theres lots of ways to bolt a regular transfercase behind your motor.

dont worry too much about suspension. get yourself a healthy set of skid plates from bud built. then get some body armor of your choice, sliders and a rear bumper are most important IMO. then cut your fenders as much as you can to fit the biggest tire without rubing. then regear and lock the diffs and regear the T-case. get some good steering parts (with spares) and you should be ok.
