2x4 into 4x4 Questions

Allright guys, I purchesed a 2001 2wd 5lug Tacoma. I have decided that I should have bought a 4x4. I don't want to buy another truck truck because this one is paid for, and it is in sweet shape. So right now I have a 1uz and a 150f tranny sitting in my basement along with a newer set of 315/75R16 KM2's. What I don't have is transfer case and axles. What would you suggest Land Cruiser, Dana's? I want them to be correct width I do not want to use spacers. The lex V8 has some work done to it(ported and polished heads Eaton M90 from a Cobra) Also will the r150 hold up to around 400 rwhp? If not what tranny would be a good alternative. Not dead set on keeping it all Toyota just want ˟˟˟˟˟ that won't break. This will be my first solid axle vehicle so I don't don't know much. Thanks guys.

Imho. A total waste of time. Sell it and get a 4x4. Major undertaking.
