Hello... My 2015 Tacoma TRD Double Cab has let me down. The heater blower does not work reliably. It will work for a while and then just stop. Sometimes when changing the setting for the fan speed it will come back on. It is acting like a connection is loose. I have pulled the panel and all the connections in the back are solid and firmly seated. I traced the wire harness that connects to the control panel and all seems good. I have not jumped direct current to the blower motor but it just does not seem like a bad blower motor. The cost of a new control panel is $700 to $900 from the local dealers (wow what a spread in price!).

So my question for the group is, What diagnostic steps do you suggest to confirm the issue is the panel? Any other suggestions are welcome.
