yota's and crashes

Well, since i have finally repaired my car from the car crash, i would just like to compliment toyota on their car design for car crashes.

First of all, i do believe the 1 star crash rating (not only because there are no airbags), but because after looking at the wreckage from the wreck, the dents of the crash were not dissapated throughout the body, and were instead concentrated right where I t-boned the car.

This is a good thing if you are going to repair the car yourself (yay) and a terrible thing if it would possibly be a fatal accident. Myself, I am quite glad that this occurred because it made repairs that much easier (a hit going 30-35 concentrated on the driver's side only dented the wheelhouse and the driver's side radiator supports), and i can heal myself for FREE!

The safe side to toyota's (especially my truck) is that they were NOT designed for speed. Yes, i think i can gun it and what not, but in reality, i would get smoked by most of the cars at my school. But all in all, WHO CARES? Sure your car's faster, nicer, what not, because I own my car, and I am proud to think that i can safely own it for another 50k to 100k miles.

Just my 2 cents on toyotas.
